Case Management

Our Case Management program is key to a successful transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Our professional Case Managers provide:

  • Support for drug and alcohol treatment (inpatient and outpatient)
  • Job search assistance
  • Life skills training
  • Budgeting and financial literacy education
